Brewed using Slovenian Stryian Golding hops which impart a zesty Lime flavour. The mix of Cara malt and Wheat malt give a smooth, creamy body to the beer.

Cask: Poured a golden with an off white head. Aroma is citrus, fruity, grain. Taste is bitter forward, citrus, malty, rugged finish.

Half-pint, cask at Hope Tap (JDW). Shared with Finn. Clear golden body, naked at the surface, upper part lacing. Restrained citrus fruity nose. Taste of ripe orange and grain. Mid-dry grain fruity ending. Clean in the mouth. Satisfying. (Reading 20.10.2019).

Smooth low CO2 mouthfeel, low bitterness. Slight hazy golden color, white head with lacing. Bottle from Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Poured a clear amber with a thin white head. The aroma is hugely malty, leading to a medium bitter, malty flavour with toffee and caramel notes. A super, well balanced, highly drinkable ale.

Cask at the South Western Arms, St Denys (So’ton) - 09/09/12. Clear dark end of blonde with a minimal white head that soon thins. Toffee, grains and sweet malt on the nose. Berry fruit in the taste, sweet malt, a little hops and grass. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation leading to a dry finish.
