Taster at Aurora BrewWorks. Dark, clear brown pour, skin of beige head. Aroma is light roast. Taste unfolds with sweet maple and nutty pecans. A bit of bitterness at the finish.

Can from Village Beer Merchant. Dark brown. Roasted malts, coffee, maple, pecan nuts. Slightly sweet. Medium bodied.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, loads of maple, bacon, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel chocolate malt with light vanilla, light pecans, coffee notes, pleasant. On tap at CNY Brewfest 2016.
