Draft @ Cole's, as Imperial Sponge Candy Milk Stout, not sure if it should have its own entry. Black. Roasted malts, coffee, choc, milk choc, hint of marshmallow, med- heavy bodied. A sipper.

22oz bottle thanks to rick. Pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is marshmallow vanilla heavy roast malts chocolate sweetness. Taste is more of the nice roast malt marshmallow chocolate sweetness bourbon barrel vanilla brown sugar.

Thanks Bill/Wassailwilly.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a dark brown close to black color with a slim finger’s worth of off white head. There was barely any lacing.
The smell had a big sweet milk chocolate and a bitter dark chocolate to combine and allow an indulgent amount of luscious caramel malts to invade nicely.
The taste took all of those previously mentioned flavors and combined nicely. A slight roastiness ends up rounding out to balance and lead into the aftertaste and enliven to the finish in a sticky sort of manner.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a sessionable to sipping aspect about it. The carbonation was barely there and this one moves silky along my tongue.
Overall, this was a pretty good Double/Imperial Stout that I would have again.
