Can off the buck clearance shelf. Pour is nearly clear light brown tinted pale. For near 6%, this stuff initially comes across rather mild. Nose is clean and rather fresh smelling. Decent amount of co2. In teh middle, it certainly is a mild Oktoberfest, no real negative attributes on this one; its better than I expected. Finishes with a slight domestic processed feel but overall its a pretty good example of a domestic fest beer.

On tap at the brewery. Amber with a ring of white head; grainy aroma; sweet malty taste to start, then some gentle spicy hops; and dry, lingering caramel finish. A decent Oktoberfest beer - but if you are drinking in Hamburg that’s the least you would expect.
