From tap @ La Vache Folle. In-house special on tap and in bottle to celebrate the first anniversary of the bar. Single hopped with a NZ hop, Motueka if I recall well. Dark golden coloured with a persistant beige head. Nose of tropical fruits, caramel malts, creamy, bit of citrus. Flavour of citrus, caramel malts, a bit grassy. A subdued bitterness, and some sourness. Well drinkable.
