Not sure about the Belgian Ale thing. Its full of American hops. Anyway, bottle at La Casita, Burgos. Clear golden coloured, with a white head. Nose is tropical fruits, light malty, grapefruits. Flavour is grapefruits, hint of Turkish delight. Fairly bitter. Nose hop bitterness, and juicy, fruity, and a dry finish. Didn’t get the Belgian element, which in this case is a good thing I guess. Another good beer by Sesma. Really one of the top brewers in Spain.

Draught @ Gallows Bird. Aroma has strong peach tones and fruit candy. Flavour has fruit candy, peaches, some funky yeasty tones and citrus. Also mellow grassy tones. Not the most typical saison.

Draught @ Gallows Bird, Espoo
Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of ripe fruits, yeast, zesty lemon and earthy notes. Taste is yeasty, ripe fruity and earthy with some sweet juicy and zesty notes and some spices. Finish is stuffy, sweetish and juicy with some yeastiness, zesty fruits and earthy notes. A bit strange and unbalanced.
