Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Interesting perfumy, spicy aroma - oh, it’s just the coriander and cloves :-(. Light body, a dry fruitiness and then quite some cloves. Has quite a tartness. If you brew on Peruvian purple corn why drown everything in spices? 110113

Great American Beer Festival, 2012. This might be the first purple beer I have had. There is clove and coriander, as well as some other spice. Fairly light but good flavor.

Poured up at GABF 2012 with a clear copper body that supports a thin off white head. The aroma is a little spicy and estery where there’s also some cinnamon and pumpkin pie like notes. Interesting aroma for sure. The taste is similar where I get some apple and apricot like fruity esters to go along with some cinnamon and a sense of nutmeg and pumpkin meat. Pretty darn tasty for a beer under 4%.
