Bottle at La Casa Del Puente, Bulnes, Pico’s de Europe, Spain, Sunday 15th June 2014 Pours orangeade colour hazy with no carbonation. Tart & tangy with a little sweetness, its very pleasant, better than expected. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.3

Bottle from Eroski, Santander. Hazy golden coloured. Aroma of light sour apple, apple juice, bit of wood, some sweetness. Flavour is of slightly sour and sweet apples. A bit alcoholic. Not spectacular.
