Clear golden colour, white head. Nose is light hopped, bit of cooked vegetables. Flavour is hoppy, citrus, fairly bitter grapefruit. Dry and bitter finish.

Draught at Cairnbann Hotel. Pours a lemon colour, slightly hazy with a decent head. The nose has pale malt and honey. The taste is sultana and pale malt. The palate is fresh to medium in texture and structure, it’s quite clean on the end but there is just a bit of a malty overhang. Overall, it’s a decent blonde but perhaps a little behind Fyne’s recent high standard.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell, London. A golden coloured pour with a medium white fluffy head on top. Hoppy aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus fruit, decent session ale.
