Wie alle Biere aus dem Hause Pinkus Müller wird auch Pinkus Alkoholfrei ausschließlich aus biologischen Rohstoffen hergestellt. Damit bei der Herstellung kein Alkohol entsteht, wird Pinkus Alkoholfrei nach dem Verfahren der biologischen Milchsäuregärung hergestellt. Komplizierte, physikalische Prozesse zum Alkoholentzug sind aus diesem Grunde nicht notwendig. Darum Pinkus Alkoholfrei, eine Erfrischung aus Bioland Malz und biologisch angebautem Hopfen.

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland Saturday Session 1 - 01/03/14. Lightly hazed pale golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is papery, grain, musty, corn, sweaty tights. Taste compripapses much the same, papyrus, must fest, vegetal pangs. Light in body with moderate carbonation. Meh and Cack - those Stowfords Press boys showed them how to do it!

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is flat grainy and cardboardish. Flat malty and cornish finish. Wet cardboard.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with some white head. The aroma has lots of wort, and a little fruityness. Rather horrible. That goes for the flavor too, just fruityness and spent grains. A faint bitterness too. Thin to medium body. Luckily, not so lasting finish. A really horrible one, probably not even deserving my 1.1 rating. 140301

Picked this up from Bio Organic supermarket in Nuremberg consuned at camping Oostdriessen, Eijsden near Maastricht, Netherlands, Thursday 7th June 2012 This alcohol free beer now appears to be called Pinkus Muller Honig Malz. Pours dark murky brown is unbelievably sweet and is a solid gold shocker. Awful I cannot drink this crap. Didn’t realise it was alcohol free when I purchased & consumed this but not surprised. A3 A3 T3 P2 Ov6 1.7
