Taste: Sweet creamy raspberry with a tingling, zesty acidity. The light, almost farmhouse malt body slides slowly down the tongue almost as a meringue, balanced by a juicy creamy lactose touch.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Hazy, deep red with a thin, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite fruity aroma of raspberries and some rose hip. Moderately sour, slightly sweetish, very fruity taste of raspberries, strawberries and some rose hips, followed by a short, moderately tart, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, moderately astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival Day 2. Hazy pinkish color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, fruity, lightly candy, a bit sourish but in a good way. Quite nice. I like it. 7-4-7-3-15.

Keg at Borefts. A hazed pink red coloured pour with a pink frorhy white. Aroma is pink berries, woody, cranberry,. Flavour is composed of sour, pink grapefruit, peach, hibiscus, tart berries.. Palate is dry and crisp, highish carbonation, red berries. Nice.
