A rich and creamy sour wheat beer, brewed with raspberries.
Taste: Sweet creamy raspberry with a tingling, zesty acidity. The light, almost farmhouse malt body slides slowly down the tongue almost as a meringue, balanced by a juicy creamy lactose touch.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy red/pink pour, three finger soapy pinky off-white head. Low to medium retention, minimal lacing. Nose is raspberry and candy, a bit herbal. Thin body, high carbonation. Very prickly and fizzy. Light texture. Sour taste with some subtle sweetness underneath. Aroma of citrus zest, raspberry and candy. Aftertaste brings out the wheat and grainy notes, some grassiness and dusty notes. Refreshingly sour mouthfeel throughout the finish. Overall, pretty good. Very refreshing fruity brew.

Roserood bier zonder schuim. Smaak is friszuur en fruitig met iets van framboos en aardbei. Ondanks zure bieren niet aan mij besteed zijn is deze best goed te drinken.

Hazed pale red color with a fine head. Decent lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Good balance. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Good balance between sweetness and acidity. Raspberry, lactic and fruity flavor. Nice refreshing stuff. Semi dry ending.

Tap at Craft Room. Murky red body, pinkish white head. Soft aroma, lactic and light creamy raspberry. Similar notes in the just-right body adequate carbonation. Pretty much perfect balance, not too tarr. Simple, very well executed - great job!
