Auf diese Gose mussten wir lange warten: 1 Jahr lang lag sie – zusammen mit Brettanomyces Hefen – in einem Holzfass. Und das schmeckt man: holzig, fruchtig, säuerlich, lecker!

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a small head. Fresh hoppy-sourish aroma. Starts fine woody-sourish, fruity notes of apricot, salty touch, not too intense. Finish milder, well balanced, still with fine woody-sourish notes. Nice one!

Many thanks to HP for sharing! Deep sour beginning. Hints of salt with a great woody back. Deep malty, fruity with only hints of malts in the back. Great!

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey, golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, vinous fruity, bretty and slightly woody, oaky aroma, notes of white grapes, gooseberry, some quince, mirabelle, grape sugar, mild bretty funky flavours. Taste is tart, dry, woody, fruity, slightly vinous, minimally sugary sweet, mildly bretty and tangy, notes of white grapes, oak, gooseberry, unripe mirabelle, unripe peach, a touch of sauerkraut, grape sugar, salt. Slightly thicker than merely watery texture, minimally astringent, dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Superbly balanced, well matured, very mild, highly drinkable - outstanding!

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before December 2022. Very slow gusher. Hazy, orangeish amber with a thin, frothy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, sourish-fruity, quite funky, gently woody aroma of overripe lemon, rhubarb, brett, some peach and a touch of coriander. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, quite fruity, rather funky, gently woody-dry taste of peach, lemon, rhubarb, coriander and wood, followed by a medium long, gently tart, fairly woody-dry, a little minerally-salty finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very complex, but at the same time rather light and refreshing beer. Really good, has some lambic characteristics.

Süffiger, mild säuerlicher Beginn. Etwas trocken holzig, spritzig. Etwas Milchsäure, minimale Herbe, weicher Abgang. Weich und komplexer als die Standard Variante, dennoch kommt durch die Fasslagerung weit weniger dazu als gedacht. 9/10/11/10/9/10
