Pours a perfectly clear yellow golden color, topped with a medium sized white frothy head. Very bready aroma with sone gentle honey notes. Easily picked up though not too excessive. Taste is sweet and bready, some mild final bitterness and a hint of soury grains is all there is. Decent, light, drinkable.

Bottled, 1.5l. Pours pale golden with medium sized frothy white head and lively carbonation. Honey and hay aroma. Sweet honey taste without any bitterness. Medium bodied with creamy texture and moderate carbonation in palate. Surprisingly good and recommended...

Rerate (April 2016):Huge thanks to Stela & Silvija for bringing this from Ptuj! Poured a paaaale, shiny golden body with huge carbonation, fizzy, big, somewhat lasting white head. Aroma... sweetish buttery diacetyl, vaaague DMS, bready, spicy. Typical Slo brewpub fare. OK, bready taste, a bit on the sweet side, soft, slightly empty, with a strange note somewhere between herbal and alcohol-like, ends up beet-like and a tad bitterish. Eh, still sub-par for what it is, but likely serves its purpose @Gastro well. up to 2.5, but 2.4 would’ve done as well. June 2007:Plastic bottle shared with and courtesy of ozujsko (thanks!) Imagine that, a few days after I thought I sorted out all the breweries in Slovenia, ozujsko finds a new one. And I’m definitely not complaining. Though, considering the quality, I probably should. This poured a light golden-yellow colour with lively carbonation and a medium sized thick creamy white head that went away slowly. The nose is quite grainy with notes of hay and eggs. The taste is quite grainy with some hay and weak, weak hopiness. Bit creamy but unimpressive and one dimensional. Not bad but distinctly average. Overly so even. 4/2/5/2/11
