Kletak si za zgled vzame nemški Kellerbier. Predhodnik modernega lagerja, motne janterne barve z bogateo kremno glavo, nepasteriziran, robusten in polnega okusa. Kletak je vse to in ob tem ohrani še pitnost in svežino. Tako je vsak požirek mnogo bolj zabaven od večine njegovih prečiščenih sodobnikov.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma is grainy, herbal, floral, caramelly and slightly dusty. Pours clear amber color with thick creamy off-white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts light to medium sweet caramelly and bready, following is grassy, citrusy and floral, mouthfeel is smooth and rather dry, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Surprisingly good lager...

Quick notes, draft sample;Evident malty presence (initial sweet corn like impression that fades away), wheat bread, moderate fruity presence, notes of sweet apples, apple peel, mild citrusy vibes underneath, subtle honey, earth & herbs;Taste:crisp carb

Tap, Magda, Ljubljana. Pretty hazy amber, thinner offwhite head, ok lasting. Medium grassy nose, a bit bready, some spices and a bit of cellar quality. Gentle bitterness, a bit grassy. Gentle peppery finish. Light body and gentle aftertaste. Nicely drinkable, nothing special.
