Clear brown colour with massive foaming head. A difficult pour. Malty and with a sweet base. Nice bitter coffee elements though. Flavoursome.

25/I/22 - 33cl bottle from Willems (Grobbendonk), shared @ home, BB: XI/2023 (2022-97)
Clear red brown beer, big aery fluffy light beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of CO2, malty, gentle roast, chocolate notes, some vanilla, grains. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: malty start, bitter hops, some coffee, caramel notes, sourish touch, gentle roast, some banana, yeasty. Aftertaste: bitter, coffee, sourish, malty, hoppy, yeast notes, more coffee, hint of vanilla and chocolate. Not bad.

Flesje gedeeld door Benzai. Diep donkerbruin tot zwart bier met flinke schuimkraag. Weinig aroma . Smaak is licht koffie achtig, fruitig en zoet. Nasmaak is licht bitter.

Bottle at home. Huge foamy off-white head on top of a dark amber color. Aroma is sweetish to my surprise 😮 with a hint of berries. Odd for a coffee beer... Flavor is weird. Oddly sweetish again. Some coffee hints but for a coffee beer, no, not good.
