On tap at Darby's, pours a hazy golden with a tiny white head. Nose is rather muted and puzzling, with subdued stone fruit must, and a touch of rustic saison yeast. Flavour brings lots of gently tart apricots upfront, with low-to-moderate acidity. The rustic / farmhouse character is much more subdued. I'm not too impressed with this. Out of whack and lacking cohesion.

Poured from the tap. Fairly hazy yellow gold with small white head. Apricot, a bit of peach, light saison yeast. Not bad.

Cloudy gold with a frothy white head. Lots of bubbles tickle the nose with apricots. Light soured apricots and a light finish. Not too sweet, not too sour, not to fruity. Normally the balance would be welcome, but it is just boring.
