Batch 1 - dry-hopped with Whitbread Golding Variant (WGV).

17/II/21 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Thieu’s place, BB: VIII/2022 (2021-142)

Clear gold blond beer, small creamy irregular white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, grains, hay, some cow fodder, little fruity, banana touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, herbal, some grains, hoppy, floral touch, soapy bitterness. Aftertaste: sweet touch, malty, bit sugary, herbal, bit malty.

Golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a dusty note. Strong diacetyl taste. Bitter finish. Grassy. Drain pour.
