Fresh from a spell of experimentation, ingredients tasting and long conversations on flavour extraction, this collaboration with our friends from Dugges is perhaps our most “gastronomic” beer to date. Inspired by Chinese cuisine, fresh ginger, lemon zest and Szechuan pepper join a zesty Berliner beer at the table.

(Bottle) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with foamy off-white head. Fruity, slightly spicy nose with notes of lemon, ginger, orange and herbs. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, ginger, lime and herbs. Low bitterness. Don't get much pepper. Medium body, dry. Refreshing. Quite nice.

Tap at Beer Hunters. Orange a bit cloudy colour and small white head. Tartish, lactic, fruity aroma. Light-bodied. Tart and fruity flavour with ginger. Basic modern Berliner Weisse.
