De Lightship Cider Pet-Nat is gemaakt van 100 % peren uit Rhoon. Deze cider heeft een troebele licht gele kleur en een zachte bubbel. De geur is die van stro en peren. Door de langere rijping op de fles en de wilde vergisting is een goed gebalanceerde cider ontstaan met mooie zuren en zeker ook wat restsuiker. Een cider die niet misstaat bij een kaasplankje of een charcuterie
The Lightship Appel en Peer pet-nat is a natural fermented cider made of 100% pears from Rhoon. This cider has a hazy pale yellow color. The smells are funky, pear , hay. In the mouth it is an embodied cider with an easy bubble. With a good acidity and some residual sugar. It goes along very well with blue cheese and charcuterie.

Hazy pale yellow with, white head. Celery, parsley, citrusy cleaner, pear drops. Sour and a bit weird. Not the best.

Bottle shared. Hazy pale straw with small white ring if bubbles. Quite herbal, brussels sprouts, parsley, celery, dry per skins, lime, soft smoke, peppery. Over medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. All the celery and parsley is quite weird, it's refreshing but not great.
