For this small batch Bramenlambik, we used blackberries from Ferme Framboos, located in beautiful Huldenberg, Flanders. These blackberries, hand-picked in the summer of 2019, macerated for almost four months on a small foeder. We only used lambik (originating from one brew only) from one barrel for the maceration and no lambik was used for blending. The final fruit intensity is still 645 grams of blackberries per litre of Bramenlambik. 100% 3 fonteinen.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A murky red beer with a small white head. Quite funky aroma with barnyard, leather, hay, dust and berries. It's full-bodied, acidic and softly carbonated, with quite a funky flavor too. Pleasant berries, but a tad gentle. Barnyard, leather, dusty cellar and hay, as well as a light cheesy hint. Lasting finish. A bit straightforward perhaps, complex funk but not so much more going on. Nice sourness. Really pleasant after all. 221113

750ml bottle, as 3 Fonteinen Bramenlambik Oogst 2019 (season 19 - 20) Blend No. 32. Pours murky berry red with a slim off-white head. Aroma: tart blackberry, lemon, yeast, barnyard, leather. Taste moderate+ acidic, dry, oak, funk, blackberry, lemon. Medium body with light carbonation. I found this very one dimensional, lacking the complexity I'd normally expect from a 3F fruited lambic

Bottle thanks to Andrew. Pours a cloudy ruby with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong funk, earth, oak, berry, horse blanket. Slick body, funky, rubber, berry, earth, pepper, wood, acidic finish, very good.
