Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of footbalm/douglas88. Pours a hazy pale amber with some floating impurities and a lacing off-white head. Very peachy and exotic hop aromas. Rather solid body, quite some caramel and again very peachy hops leaving a massive bitterness. 210810

C&C 750 mL bottle from Whole Foods Market, Charlottesville, VA. Poirs a clear bronze color with a medium offwhite head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of toffee with a good amount of citrus hops. Not too complex but balanced well enough. The taste is caramel, toffee, bitter hops with citrus and herbal notes. Medium bodied with a lingering hop bite. All the components are good but its just missing something. Decent beer.

Sampled at SAVOR 2010. Pours a clear, caramel red amber with a creamy white head. Nice hoppy, citrus aroma, a little cookie dough, limes. Flavor is sweet, caramel candies, orange zest, grapefruit. Full bodied, sticky finish. A little too bitter on the end.

Soapy orange peel aroma, not strong. Clear dark amber, thin yellow head. Orange and lime flavor. Orange peel finish. Solid DIPA, and not too heavy like others.

Pours deep copper into a snifter. White head with good retention leaves spotted sheets as it recedes to hug rim. Tangerine and tropical fruit aromas. Resinous and thick upfront with sweet tropical fruits and piney resin hops. Lasting pine finish with well-hidden abv.

750ml bottle, corked and caged from the state warehouse
Appearance: Crystal clear copper with a huge fluffy white head and some nice lacing
Aroma: Pine resin
Taste: Smooth mouthfeel. Lots of pine and some sweet malts and then hop bitterness in the finish
This is a very nice DIPA, a welcomed addition to the Uinta lineup. Not sweet like a lot of DIPA’s out there, this is all hops!
