Taiphoon is a pale, thirst-quenching ale with a distinctly hoppy, yet flower palate. The addition of lemongrass gives a zing to the flavour, making it an ideal accompaniment to spicy dishes.

Light blond color. Lightly fruity aroma. Average mouthfeel, well hopped, dry, quite aromatic. Too much bitter in the end. Long finish.

Yellow with white head, looks like a pilsener. Refreshing aroma ith lemon (of course), hops and pepper. Dry flavour, quite weak, and also very fresh. If I could get it cheaper it could become a great summer favourite, but when I can get trappists and Fuller ales at similar prices...

An orange beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of lemongrass and candy. The flavor is dry and spicy with notes of candy (acidic drops), lemongrass, and lemon. But the body is thin.

Pale yellow with majestic head. The lemongrass is dominating this beer, and makes me think off wahing-up liquid, and I can't say I find it particularly pleasant. But than I don't like lemongrass either.
