Bottle. Deep dark brown color hardly any head. Roasted malt and a hint of leather in the aroma. Thin to medium bodied. malty sweetish, salty flavor with notes of raspberry and leather. Just a hint of apricot and brett, lingering on in the aftertaste. Love this one.

Bottled (backlog). Black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, some funk as well as some strangeness (maybe the salt?). Flavour is rather similar, but has a very big sourness along to the malty, roasted and chocolaty side of it. Works surprisingly well in the flavour, but the aroma was rather strange.

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning, BB 02-2012. Almost black colour, no head. Aroma of sauerkraut first, later more rich chocolate, less sour, some tar. Flavour is sour, chocolate, dark fruits, light salty, hard roasted malts, fruity ver sour lemon/acid finish. Light-bodied, no carbonation. I like the chocolate, but the sourness is overpowering imo. Too sour for me, and not very Bretty imo.

Bottle 0.375 L. Black with a shortlived lightbrown head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and some dark fruits. The taste is quite salty(almost saltwater) at first, then it gets more sour at the end. Quite interesting drink. A bit oily.
