Pours a clear blonde. Medium sized white head. Scent is medium full, pure grains, elegant hips. Fresh. Nice. Taste is light, easy drinker. Smooth, lager--like feel. Not sure of this actually being a full bodied lager, or a very clean ale ? Not as refined and smooth as a good lager might be, so I 'hope' it's an Ale, in which case they did a great job replacing the needed lager for the regular folks who just pass by. Medium high bitterness. Very decent, actually !

Draft @ Moment, Abdij van Averbode. Hazy yellow colour, creamy white foam. Nose of citrus, wheat, sweet malts. Taste is rather watery with citrussy notes, some sweet malty notes. Bit unbalanced.
