1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with 3 varieties of Reine Claude plums. The fresh, overripe, aromatic plums for this beer were harvested in Hageland (Belgium) and Northern France. Exquisitely the plums communicated their graceful yet complex harmony to us. So we blended the plum lambics with this fragility in mind and tried to translate the elegance and appearance of the fruit into the beer. Made with lambics that were aged on barrels that previously held müller thurgau wine, which gives a smooth vinous finish to the beer.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy golden with white head. Massive sweet plums, vanilla, light funk, peachy, soft mineral, bready. Medium sweet and sour. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Really really good.

Bottle during the Bokke online tasting event. Hazy golden orange with a short lived white head. Aroma of shows off the plums, ripe and lightly tart with light oak, vinous and softly citric notes and a nice dry cellar funk. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with a juicy fruity texture and light carbonation. Soft, balanced and beautiful.
