Our second forager sour pays homage to another classic combo. This time we also used lactose but conditioned it on peaches and apricots. Delish!

Soft wet apricot on the nose, has cloudy yellow body with modest foam. Flavour is nice apricot, vague peach, hop element invisible. Too wet with lingering tinniness. Not much here.

Cloudy and does kind of look peachy. Just a thin head. Big apricot and peach aroma – they are blending into each other a lot here, but more apricot on the nose and peach on the palate is my take. Light tartness, and still seems like a decent amount of sugar from the fruit so it’s pretty well balanced.
