Hoppy Beersday to us! Mit diesem Bier möchten wir mit euch den 10ten Geburtstag von BraufactuM feiern. Was eignet sich dafür besser als ein Hoppy Strong Saison mit 10% Alkohol? Gebraut haben wir unser Geburtstagsbier mit unserer speziellen Saisonhefe. Diese verleiht dem Bier den typischen Saisonhefe-Charakter und lässt es trotz der 10% Alkohol trocken und leicht wirken. Durch den Einsatz der australischen Hopfensorten Ella und Enigma werden Aromen von gelben Steinfrüchten, tropischer Frucht, grüner Banane und Pfeffer ins Bier gebracht. Die fruchtigen Noten treffen auf eine deutlich herb-erfrischende Bittere. „Wie schön dass du vergoren bist, wir hätten dich sonst sehr vermisst…..“

0.75 l bottle from the brewery's web shop as '#Anny 10', best before October 2025. Hazy, golden with a large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, slightly yeasty aroma of quince, gooseberry, mirabelle and a touch of hay. Gently sweet, minimally bitter, quite fruity-floral, gently yeasty taste of quince, mirabelle, gooseberry, light hay and hints of clove, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, gently yeasty, quite dry finish. Medium body, smooth but rather effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Extremely well-crafted, highly quaffable and superbly balanced beer. Authentically Belgian, quite complex but very easy to drink, actually quite dangerous as the alcohol is hardly noticeable. Impressive anniversary beer!

Alkoholisch hefiger Beginn. Milde Süße bei starker Karbonisierung, mild herb. Die Hefigkeit bleibt stark, der Alkohol intensiv, das Bier nicht wirklich rund. Langer Abgang. Nicht sonderlich komplex. 10/8/7/8/12/8

Tap at BKL2020. Leafy, kiwi, fresh yeast, minerals. Cloudy golden, white foam. Medium body, hop residue, almond meal, fruity dry, fruit skin, light minerals, fruity dry finish, almonds retronasal.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is peach, white pepper, fruity. Taste is dank, peach, white pepper, dough. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. I like!

Sampled @ Braukunst Live 2020. A hazy bright golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet banana, yeast, moderate bitter hops. Taste of strong banana, yeast, fruity bitter hops. Strong body!
