A Borsodi Sör 1973 óta van jelen a magyar piacon. Azóta egyre tökéletesítettük, hogy mind ízvilágában, mind megjelenésében megfeleljen a kor kihívásainak és a változó fogyasztói szokásoknak.

A kiváló minőségű, pils típusú Borsodi Sör az egyik legkedveltebb márka a hazai piacon. Vonzereje a komlónak köszönhető kellemes kesernyés íz és a csillogó aranysárga szín, melyet dús, finom pórusú hab koronáz. A Borsodi Sör egy minden tekintetben arányos, kiegyensúlyozott ital azok számára, akik ragaszkodnak a megszokott magas színvonalhoz.

On tap, on the terrace next to St Mathia Cathedral in Buda. A pale straw coloured pour with a fast fading white head; watery with a cereal grain taste; and a faint grassiness to finish. A typical Eurolager. Drinkable on a swelteringly hot day.

50cl bottle at István Tanya, Budapest. Pours clear golden with a modest, white head. Standard industrial euro-lager; sweet and grainy with hints of cooked vegetables and grass. Drinkable on a very hot day like this, but feels like I’ve had it thousands of times before.

Can from a Hungarian shop in Old Market, Bristol. Gluggable Euro lager, with some synthetic floral hops, slightly corny malts and a moderately bitter finish. Ok for a pale lager.

Golden coloured body with a very nice, three centimetre tall pure white head that stays indefinitely. Aroma of light malt, a touch of sugar and a hint of hops coupled with a bit of alcohol. Light-bodied; Nice smooth malty flavour with a good light hop note and a touch of alcohol noticeable at the end, but very nice and easy-to-drink. Aftertaste shows a very smooth malty flavour with a hint of sugar and almost nothing else - very smooth and easy to drink, definitely worth sampling here in Hungary. I sampled this pint on draught (50 cL) for 499HUF on 23-March-2016.
