On tap at Peders, pours black with a tiny head. Aroma brings out rich vanilla, bourbon barrels, toffee and salted caramel. Flavour is full of salted caramel, bourbon barrels, and vanilla. Caramely, salty, bourbony finish. Good.

Cacao, sweet, vanilla, chocolate, heavy on the BA, but also quite sharp, i prefer the more subtle ones.. don’t get the lactose… useless addition, for the rest .. okay.. i guess… still. Too expensive for this..

Bottle shared. Black. Massive bourbon and/or rye whisky. Chocolate, caramel, soft maple, coffee, vanilla, earthy notes, bit boozy. Quite sweet, lighter bitter. Noice.
