BB 30.09.2021. amber murky color, small white head. smells plums, stone fruits, earthy, grassy, some funk, lovely stone fruit notes. full body, prickly carbonation. tastes of stone fruits, plums, some funk, jammy, stone fruit pits, some marzipan, light cinnamon, light herbal undertones. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of plums, marzipan and some earthy notes. this is lovely, lovely plum and stone fruit notes. great stuff.

750ml bottle. Heavy with juicy plums, farmyardy yeastiness, some funky sourness and tartness. Pretty balanced and tasty.

Flaska från Antidoot. Flaskad 2020-09. Gulorange, disig med vit krona. Oerhört fyllig och djup fruktighet i doften med massor av stenfrukt och fruktkärnor. Fantastiskt gott. Går nästan över mer åt aprikos-hållet än plommon, vilket bara är en bonus för min del. Mycket lakto i doften med yoghurt-toner. Mjuk kropp, ”juicig”, mycket fat, tanniner och ek, och återigen mycket stenfrukt och fruktkärnor med riktigt bra djup. Inte riktigt lika bra som i doften, men väldigt gott.

Ploomine, magus, hapukas, väga heas tasukaalus, natuke moosine. Supper.

Yesterday. Light acidity and plenty of funk with a very deep and intense plum character and very nice herbal bitterness. Delicious blend of bright fruit and funky tart “saison”.

Te sliwki na mineralno i ciut saisonow, przyprawowo? Dzikosc kapke niegrzeczna, skorzano-kibelkowa, ale lekka. Fajne, chlalne, ale zarazem nic niesamowitego. Na kufle, ale jakies duze, ein mass czy jakimtam
