500ml bottle. This is the top rated beer in my region of the West Mids on here and I've only just found it on the shelves! Pours amber, small off-white head, good retention. Aroma of caramel, bread, very malty. Taste is sweet, caramel, malty, stale resinous hop. Body is quite full considering the ABV. Its fine but not moreish despite it being a malty bitter. I want to tip my imaginary hat to these traditional beers from the old big brewers, but its hard sometimes.

Clear amber with a foamy white head. Has a mild berry fruit aroma and flavour, with an astringent kick and dollops of caramel, finishing with a mellow bitterness

0,5 l beer from Lidl Germany. Clear dark copper with a one finger white frothy head in the glass. Looks good. Pale fruity smell, some citrus with some malt. Taste is hoppy, some bitterness, citrus and low licorice. Not bad.

Bottle via Lidl SK. Moderate body, med-light carbonation. Quite clean, mostly malty. Med-light caramelly nutty flavour. Mostly dull bitterness, with hops character absent. Not much more to say here. Rather easy drinking, good basic thirst quencher.
