Bottle, 0.375l. Aroma of pungent tangerine, melon, resin, biscuit and herbs. Pours dirty orange yellow color with thin quickly diminishing soapy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts tart citrusy, slightly vinous and herbal, following is resinous and grainy, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is very mild bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Very drinkable, no trace of 8% ABV at allβ¦

[ As Vault City SIPA V3 - Nelson + Vics ].
ABV: 8.0%. Murky matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapes - grapefruit, fruity hops, catt piss, elderflowers. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, fruity hops, grapes - grapefruit, citrus, minerals, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210529]

Appearance is murky dirty water, with no head at all. Aroma is lots of hoppy fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, citrus fruit, papaya, mango, pithy stewed fruit, hint of malt. Taste is stone fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, gooseberry, peach, nectarine, hops, tart sourness, salty undertones. Sticky lasting finish.

Cloudy pale beige beer, no head. Aroma: lovely stuff, bit acidic, lots of passion fruits, lots of pineapple as well, great stuff though! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: acidic start, lots of passion fruits, pretty bitter, resinous, hop burn, lovely stuff! Aftertaste: resinous, tropical fruits, some diesel, very bitter, lots of grapefruit, lovely soft acidity, love it!
