Omhels dit smaakvol en dorstlessend bier van hoge gisting met nagisting op de fles. Gebrouwen met de beste Belgische hop. Licht bittertje met een vleugje citrus in de mond. Ambachtelijk gebrouwen volgens de eeuwenoude Belgische traditie.

Small whitish head over hazy golden beer. Sharp vegetable nose, nearly insectoid, wild herbs/wild hops, vegetable scraps, rather peppery. Again dry-ish (if with some malty sweetness in the background) and herbal/vegetable notes, spicy. Something like (sweet)oil-stewed celeri. Rather good carbonation, quite slick, but not very well-bodied. No new aftertaste, but reasonably long-lasting main flavours. "The best hops" - best as in Belgian, I fear. Oh well.
