Can, 7.5%. Rough pepper aroma, hint of vegetable and grain. Clear golden colour, very small white head. The flavour is grainy and peppery. Not very malty.

Can 50 cl. Courtesy of MiP/yespr. Clear golden with a white head. Lightly perfumy, spicy aroma - rather surprising really. Full-bodied, heavy carbonation, pale malts and brewing cereal and something actually reminding me of pineapple. Somewhat sulphurous finish with some bitterness. A very different and surprisingly decent Euriopean Strong. 291108

Clear red gold, big bubbled beer and transparent, small head. Caramel, sugar, alcohol, pretty faint. Hard bitter-metallic, raw grains and raw alcohol, if not really sweet. Warming up almondy (= cheap alcohol). Totally empty palate, were it not for some alcoholburn. Aftertaste returning more metallic bitterness. Ugh. What the heck Dutch brewers have with these awful malt liquors? Unless they sponsor binge drinking?

Canned(500ml). -from some shop in Amsterdam. Golden coloured, small soapy white head, sweet alcoholic nose. The taste is also very sweet malty, moderate sharp alcoholic and light grainy. Some weak weak hoppy and bready hints. In comparison with Bavaria 8.6 this one is drinkable, but in general both of them are crap.
