Bottle, at Mungat Ølgjerd. An unclear pale orange colored beer with a dense off-white to beige head. Some lacing. Fruity and quite phenolic aroma, banana, lemon hints, spiced notes, mostly cloves and black pepper, with alcohol notes and some bready pale malts. It's full-bodied and lightly warming, pleasantly carbonated, with a pleasant bitterness. The flavor has a light bready malt touch in the back, but it's mostly fruity, with a pleasant touch of spices, alcohol and a very light sweetness. Some hay, grass and flower hints. Lasting finish. A pleasant and full-bodied tripel. 180317

Mycket gott.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, small head. Interesting aroma of crystalized sugar, rose water and marzipan. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Peppery bread, marzipan, notes of banana and floral hay. A faint touch of smoke. Peppery warming finish. Complex and interesting.
