Winner of two awards in the 1998 beauty of hops awards, this beer was especially brewed to use the "first gold " variety of hops, it has been described (by the award judges) as "orange peel and apricot blossom blended together beautifully" we prefer to say that it is an incredibly hoppy golden beer well suited to all "hop heads" everywhere.
Also available bottle conditioned exclusively at the Co-op as Gold Miner.

Copper golden body. Lively, huge white head. Fresh smell of sappy hops. The taste brings juicy malts and resinous hops with a touch of toffee. More hops to the ending. 500ml bottle as Gold Miner from a co-operative in Tayport, Fife 02.11.2008.
