Bottled 500ml @PBFVIII
Dark yellow color, good creamy off-white head. Banana fruity, malty aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruity banana and apple flavors. A bit lame finish but otherwise quite ok.

Appearance: Cloudy dark golden color with a thick white head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Wheat, toffee and banana.
Palate: Medium + body. Tad sweet and an ok bitterness. Average to rich carbonation.
Taste: Mild balanced wheat, mild fruity, toffee and balanced banana.
Overall impression: Nice refreshing and tasty hefe. A mix between helles weisse and dunkel weisse.
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with Grima

Bottled@PbF VIII. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, berries, citrus and some wooden notes. Flavour is sweet wheat, floral and fruity notes. Actually, for being an Ur-Weizen this feels quite fresh and innovative for being German.

50 cl bottle @ PBF VIII, BBE19.12.2013
Aroma has toffee and ripe bananas (the nth time I wrote this, enough weizens already?). Flavour has ripe bananas, some toffee and strong yeasty notes. A hefeweizen? A dunkelweizen I’d call this one.

Bottle:Deep, deep golden and hazy with an orangey sheen, big and slowly collapsing off-white head, distinctive fruity-yeasty nose over a wheaty-caramelly base; nearly medium bodied, soft MF, moderate sweet-sourish flavour; a bit more sourish in the wheaty-yeasty finish. Well drinkable Weizen…

(bottle) Cloudy, amber colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Yeasty wheaty and mildly fruity aroma with notes of banana and bubblegum, accompanied by spicy phenols. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheaty and slightly cara-malty taste with fruity esters, bubblegum and a mildly spicy touch; a bit slim, slightly sweet and sour finish with present fruity notes. Well-crafted Weizen. 11.IV.13
