Bottle, thanks to Danny, split at the Grand Reunion Tasting, Watford 02/10/20. Light black with a tan cap that clears edgeward. Nose is chocolate melt, peanut butter, dried fruits, roast malts, molasses. Taste comprises chocolate, Reeses Cups, nutty, dried fruits, brown sugar melt, sweet malts, hint of red berry fruits. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light rising boost. Solid work.

Dark pour with a tan head. Chocolate, cocoa nibs, roasted malt, toasted nuts, ash, some licorice. Pretty good.

Draft. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of candy, roasted malt, dark chocolate, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of candy, roasted malt, dark chocolate, and alcohol, leading to a bitter finish.

Sample thanks to Cloin: Poured a deep brown black with a bubble brown head. Aroma dark chocolate, peanut, roasted malts, caramel. Taste is milky dark chocolate, light nuts, rich malts, caramel, that smooth chocolate finish.

Bottle shared in Watford - cheers to Dan. Pours black-brown with a creamy, white head. Delicious, nice peanut notes, dense chocolate, light roast, decent sweetness. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Bittersweet chocolate finish, light nutty notes, light toast. Excellent pastry.
