Aroma: Fruity and malty with chocolate. Flavour: Fruity and malty sweet with caramel and chocolate. Colour: Dark brown with a white head.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Thanks. Clear dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and caramel. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 141120

Sample from Grumbo. Gusher. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, milk chocolate, caramel, little nuts and has a nice roasty finish. A bit too carbonated.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Roast and licorice. Creamy palate.

Cask: Poured a dark brown almost black with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, light chocolate. Taste is nice rich roasted malts, chocolate, light bitter.

11/10/2020. Cask at the Isle of Wight Steam Railway, Havenstreet. Pours black with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, roasted malt, ash, liquorice and treacle. Moderate sweetness and medium roasted bitterness. Medium plus body, soft carbonation. Nice one.
