Panda thanks to SHIG, split at the mini Tipple lockdown tasting, Hazlemere, 29/08/20. Very lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is grass, lemon rind, damp straw, herb, light funk. Taste comprises green apple, toasted grains, lemon rind, hay bale, hedgerow, mellow yeast flicker, light herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough saison.
