Tropic Robotic is an onslaught of exotic fruit and vibrant rum barrels which results in a bright, tropical laden liquid that carries a sour undertones and immense levels of juicy goodness. The 8% sour beer pours bright golden in colour. On the nose you’ll discover a barrage of passionfruit, guava and coconut. After being aged in rum barrels, the beer becomes enveloped in notes of sweet dark sugar that balance out the liquid.

Аромат хороший, кислый, много фруктов при этом, персики с нектаринами, немного специй. Цвет очень густой, пенка небольшая, брал драфт. Вкус жирный, много фруктов в теле, и все в весьма сильной кислоте. Снова много персиков, намеки на манго. При глотке кислота сильная, что то между лимонной и ягодной. Намеки при этом на маракуйю. В Целом хорошо, немног ов конце хмель не к месту, а так на уровне.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear amber, small head. Peachy citric nose with rum and coconut. Sweet and sour with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Coconut and peach. tropical nectar, citric acid and sour cheese. Overflavoured and aggressively vinegary. Faint funk and alcohol comes through all the auxilliary flavouring.

ABV: 8.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruit, tropical fruit, passion fruit, guava, vinegar touch. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, tart - sour, passion fruit, guava, baking yeast - bread, burn. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20240325]

Bottle (from Alko web). Hazy carrot orange colour, small white head. Aroma is some herbal, mild tropical fruits, lactic acid, a bit tart wood and some slight earthy elements. Flavour is tropical fruits, lactic acid, some tropical fruits, herbs and mild mango and a bit citrusy tones. Acidity gives a slight burning feeling in the finish and aftertaste.

Uklar orangbrun farge med hvitt skum. Lukter pasjonsfrukt og sitrus. Noe fizzy og syrlig i munnfølelse. Pasjonsfrukt, sitron i smak. Syrligheten sitter i lenge.

on tap at BrewDog Tower Hill. Turbid orange amber pink. dirty. Big fruit aroma sour tropical fruits. Big tropical fruit in mouth. moderate to harsh sour. trying to I'd thd rum. some coconut and vanilla I suppose. decent Big fruity sour. Good first beer of the day.

Bottle thanks to Fergus, split at the 2nd test lockdown tasting, Hazlemere, 16/07/20. Hazy deep golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose carries a big tropical fruit bouquet, ripe old mango, lactic tones, bitter citric flesh. Taste comprises tarte citric shreds, damp wood, vinous, funk, raw pineapple, pulped mango, herb, sharp yuzu notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good puckering bite. Solid sour ... good tropical fruits and drinks a little below the ABV.
