A collaboration between four like minded breweries, elderflowers & gooseberry puree are the backbone to this 4% grisette. This light dry beer has plenty of Belgium character & additions of rye add some spice whilst the hopping is taken care of by Nelson Sauvin & Hallertau Blanc hops to compliment the fruit.

30/6/2020. Sample courtesy of the SHIG, cheers! Pours clear pale gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus, gooseberry, flowers and light herb. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, watery texture, average carbonation. Nice lingering tartness.

Bottle: Poured an orange with thin fluffy white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, funky, straw, barnyard. Taste is a fruits meet floral, then spice rolls in to liven up the party. Lots going on in this one, tingles to the finish.
