We've teamed up with Brewgooder to brew a big, juicy New England IPA with a Sabro/ Azacca dry hop. Taking inspiration from Merc Bro, Water Bro is a lighter take on the style.

We're trying to raise £500 through the sale of this beer to help Brewgooder provide clean drinking water for 100,000 people in Malawi.

Can @ Sommerhus, Bønnerup Strand. Pours clear golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, spicy hops, herbal, mint, dill, some fruity hops. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, herbal, light spicy, mint, dill, fruity hops. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 050720

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical hops, fruits, flowers, notes of sorachi (sabro), malt and has a nice bitter finish.

Can from the Vineyard, Belfast. Appearance - golden with a white head. Nose - white grape, light spice. Taste - more of the same. Going into overripe melon. Palate - medium bodied, the texture is creamy yet a bit sweet and tangy at the same time. The finish isn't fresh but it's dry enough. Overall - nice.

24/4/2020. Sample courtesy of the SHIG, cheers! Pours hazy/cloudy yellow gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet melon, citrus, flowers and vanilla creams. Medium sweetness and very light bitterness. Moderate body, slight creamy texture. Nicely done.

Can: Poured a hazy yellow with some white edges, head was huge fluffy lacing off white. Aroma is citrus fruits grapefruit, melon, juicy pulp. Taste is super juicy, grapefruit, melon, tropical, stick to the palate thru the finish.
