Cask @ GBBF Winter, Birmingham. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 080220

8/2/2020. From cask at the Great British Winter Beer Festival, Birmingham. Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of elderflower, rhubarb and apple. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness with a touch of tart. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask @ GBBF, Birmingham. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, hops, fruits, elderflowers and has a nice bitter finish.

bottle from Budleigh Salterton (08/2010). Golden colour, small white head. Intensive aroma of elderflower. Shy malty base with lots of elderflower flavours.
