This was first brewed to celebrate our 50th commercial brew in January 2017 and is now one of our regular beers. It's a Belgian-style abbey ale, named after the Cistercian abbey founded in 1151, just to the north of Hull. Pale malts and an assortment of brown sugars are used to produce a strong, light ale with a complex range of flavours.
