14/3/2019. Cask at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours clear pale amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of malt, potato starch, straw and cooked veg. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Light to moderate body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Finish was watery, overcooked veg. Not keen on this

Half-pint, cask ale at Vinyl Tap in Preston. Shared with Finn. Misty amber-copper body, patchy pearl white head, clingy lacing. Bread-like malty nose, hints of caramel. Mixed taste of biscuit, caramel, bread and a backdrop of leafy hops. Bittersweet endnotes. Rather thin in the mouth. Quite alright. (09.02.2019).
