Full flavoured pale ale. A combination of five malts: Maris Otter, Vienna, Caramalt, Oat and Wheat malts to give a beautiful pale coloured ale with soft mouthfeel. Five different hops from five different countries provide big, punchy citrus and stone fruit flavours. Styrian Wolf from Slovenia, Mandarina Bavaria from Germany, Idaho 7 from the US, Wai-iti from New Zealand and Jester from here in the UK. Unfined and dry hopped - hazy beer, brewed to celebrate our assistant brewer Sean's 5 years with the company.
