Draft: Poured a hazy orange yellow with white head. This has that tart barnyard funk nose. Nice funk but really drinkable.

Bottle at home vintage 2016 it seems the age has done this welll. Light yellow orange big foamy head. Nose is fruity and funky and barn stables. Tastes of horsebkanket, pear, melon, straw and white pepper. Lively body. Just all around lovely stuff.
Farmy saison, bit too earthy on the back, hits of bitterness.

Pours slightly hazy dark golden color with white head. Grassy and funky aroma with some Belgian yeast. Grassy and doughy flavor with some pepper and funk. Medium body with lively carbonation.

Hmm, I dunno, this one is a slight miss for me. Hazy golden yellow, nice overflowing head. Nose has a nice funk, grass and leather, a little dough, a little cheese. Flavor though is highly phenolic, a little clove, some banana, and then the finish is way too hoppy/bitter, just way too much hops for the light malt palate. So it’s a miss for me because I don’t like the phenols and banana, but mainly the overhopped finish. Appreciate the light fizzy mouthfeel and carbonic bite.
