Our brewers selected flavour packed, slow kilned ale malt, caramalt and biscuity malted wheat to craft a malt backbone which is then beautifully complemented by a heady hop aroma of zesty lemon and orange citrus. This golden ale finishes refreshing and moreish.

Hops: First Gold, Cascade, Fuggles, Citra, Centennial
Malt: Pale ale, Caramalt, Wheat

Bottle at home. The color is straw yellow and clear, and has a small, off-white head. Butterscotch in the aroma along with hay, grass, pale malt and lemongrass. More grassy hops in the flavor with hay, lemon peel and grass. A little dry in the end. Light body, light mouth feel and light bitterness. A fresh and nice golden ale.

Scottish golden ale with English bitter-like characteristics; golden colour with dense, sticky head, elegant malt sweetness, some fruitiness and aromatic floral hops, long and bitter in the finish. Nice and thirst-quenching.
